Warranty and Compensation Policy

Warranty


The warranty is as follows if none of the store terms above have been violated and is subject to the compensation policy.


️ We will resolve any issue you encounter with your account within a period ranging from one minute to a maximum of 12 hours.


If the issue is not resolved, we will replace it with another account.


If we are unable to serve you and resolve your issue, you will receive a refund for the remaining amount of your subscription period.


Compensation Policy


The compensation is as follows if none of the store terms have been violated.


⏱️ The compensation period begins from the time you notify the store of an account error until the issue is resolved.


⚠️ The store is not responsible for the period not reported by the subscriber and is not included in the compensation period (therefore, it is recommended to report the issue to the technical support team immediately).


The compensation will be based on your subscription type.
