Terms and Conditions


1. The monthly account validity period is from 25 to 31 days.


2. If 31 days have passed and your subscription has not been cancelled, the store has the right to deduct the following days from your next subscription.


3. Activation takes from immediately to a maximum of 24 hours.


4. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the store.


5. The store has the right to withhold any details until the amount has been deposited into the store's account (in the case of a transfer).


6. Contacting the transfer numbers listed in the store's payment methods (Barq, STC Pay, EuroPay) is prohibited. The store has the right to cancel your subscription in the event of a violation. Accordingly, communication should only be via the store's support phone number.


7. Any modification, deletion, change, or tampering with any of the files will cancel your subscription, and the amount will be non-refundable (except for private accounts, which are activated via your personal email).


8. Logging in on multiple devices will cancel your subscription, and the amount will be non-refundable (if it is stated in the product description that it is prohibited). ) (This excludes private accounts - and activation is via your personal email.)


9- We will not tolerate your immoral behavior before God.


10- If the store does not respond to the customer or the team does not respond within 72 hours, the customer has the right to file a complaint on the Salla platform.


11- If a complaint is filed against the store (without speaking to the support team about the problem), (without the stated order delivery period having expired), or (if the problem has been explained to the customer), the Evox store has the right to cancel the subscription entirely without compensation or refund of any money. The customer has no right to claim any compensation in any way.
