Exchange/Refund Policy


1- You can exchange your current subscription for a shorter or longer term, as long as it has not been activated.


2- To exchange a product, the product must not have been delivered or activated by the store team.


3- Accounts and subscriptions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable in the following cases: (order fulfilled / product delivered / account activated).


4- To return a product, a defect in the product or subscription is required if the support team is unable to resolve your issue.


5- If you encounter any issue with your account, you must notify the team immediately. The support team, available 24/7, will work to resolve the issue.


- If the issue is not resolved, you will be compensated with a new account.


- If the issue is not resolved, you will receive a full refund.

The consumer is not entitled to exchange/return the product in the following cases:




1- ⚙️ If the product was activated based on the consumer's request or according to the specifications specified by the consumer.


️ This excludes defective products or products that do not meet the specifications specified by the consumer.


2- If the product is an account/subscription that has been activated, delivered, or in the event that the order has been changed to "fulfilled",

3- If the consumer has violated the store's terms and conditions.
